Important Notes
Commissions start at $1,500 (unframed).
All deposits and payments made are non-refundable. If you choose to suspend the project at any time, all payments already made will be retained.

Initial Consultation
After you inquire, we’ll schedule a consultation (phone or in person). It’s important that all decision-makers who will provide feedback are present, so I can gather a clear understanding of what matters most to each party.

Proposal & Timeline
We’ll discuss your goals, preferences, and ideal completion date. The timeline typically takes 2–6 months, depending on how quickly decisions are made and the level of detail required.

Deposit & Payment Schedule
If you’d like to move forward, here’s how the payment structure works:
25% deposit to secure your commission
50% of remaining balance due once initial sketches and color palette are approved
Final 25% due upon completion of the painting
(Framing is optional and will be added as an additional cost to the final balance)

Creation & Feedback
I’ll create sketches and present a color palette for your approval before beginning the final piece. Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated and welcome feedback at key stages.

Completion & Delivery
Once your painting is complete and final payment is received, your artwork will be carefully prepared for delivery. If you’d like framing, we’ll arrange that at this stage.
